Swedish Massage
This massage incorporates a system of long gliding strokes, kneading, and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of muscles. Its emphasis is on increasing the circulation of blood while relaxing the body.

Prenatal Massage
A relaxing and soothing massage in a side-lying position or on a body cushion. This massage addresses lower back pain, tension in the mid to upper back, neck, hips, and legs.

Geriatric Massage
Maintains health and well-being of muscles and joints while you age gracefully. We focus on range of motion, movement, and gentle stretching. 75 and older.

SweThai Massage
Taking the Eastern modality of Thai Massage and integrating it with Swedish Massage. This modality is done while professionally draped on a massage table using Swedish techniques and incorporating Thai Massage methods.

Hot Stone Therapy
Heated stones are applied and used to massage the meridians of the body to bring relief to tense and sore muscles. The heat of the stones helps harmonize, relax and rejuvenate the client at the deepest level.

Aromatherapy
A relaxing treatment that uses pure essential oils and a variety of traditional massage techniques to renew and restore energy that will leave you with a heightened sense of well-being.

Couples Instruction
You and your partner will learn how to effectively and compassionately massage each other, to promote well-being in the relationship.
